 Raymond mill is suitable for the preparation of various mineral powder and pulverized coal, such as the fine powder processing of raw meal ore, gypsum ore, coal and other materials. In order to facilitate the use of Raymond mill and the understanding of users, our company introduces the maintenance methods of Raymond mill.

1. In order to ensure the normal operation of Raymond mill, the "equipment maintenance and safe operation system" of the equipment shall be formulated to ensure the long-term safe operation of the mill. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, grease and corresponding accessories shall be provided.

2. Raymond mill shall be supervised by fixed personnel during use, and the operator must have a certain technical level. Before the installation of the mill, the operators must receive necessary technical training to understand the principle and performance of the mill and be familiar with the operating procedures.

3. Fineness adjustment: according to the size, hardness, moisture content and specific gravity of materials, the processing thickness is also different. The analyzer above can be adjusted to have high speed, high fineness, low speed and low fineness. If the fineness is increased, the output will be reduced accordingly. If the requirements are not met, the fan speed shall be adjusted, and the user can master it flexibly.

4. After Raymond mill is used for a period of time, it shall be overhauled, and vulnerable parts such as grinding roller, grinding ring and blade shall be overhauled and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device shall be carefully checked before and after use to see whether there is looseness and whether the lubricating grease is sufficient.

5. The scrapping limit of grinding roller and ring, and the remaining small wall thickness shall not be less than 10mm.

6. When the roller grinding device is used for more than 500 hours to replace the roller, all rolling bearings in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the damaged parts shall be replaced in time. The refueling tools can be manual refueling pump and grease gun.

7. During shutdown, stop feeding first, and the main machine continues to grind the residual abrasive. After about one minute, turn off the main machine motor and analyzer motor to stop grinding, and then stop the fan motor to blow away the residual powder.
