How to Make Raymond Mill Work Efficiently?

 Raymond mill is also known as Raymond pulverizer. The structure of Raymond mill equipment is reasonable and scientific. It is mainly composed of host mill, analyzer, blower, finished cyclone separator, pipeline device and motor. The host mill is composed of frame, inlet volute, blade, grinding roller, grinding ring and cover. Raymond mill together with jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibration feeder and electric control cabinet, can be combined into a complete grinding production line, which can easily meet the milling of limestone, calcite, barite, bentonite and other materials between 80-325 mesh.

Raymond Mill Working Principle

1. Raymond grinding process: during operation, the materials to be crushed are added into the mill from the feed hopper on the side of the hood. Relying on the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main engine, it rotates around the vertical axis and rotates itself at the same time. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, so that the shovel can shovel the materials and send them between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, The purpose of crushing materials is achieved due to the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.

2. Air separation process of Raymond pulverizer: after grinding the materials, the fan blows the air into the main mill shell to blow up the powder, which is sorted by the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The materials with qualified fineness flow into the cyclone collector with the wind, and are discharged through the powder outlet after collection, which is the finished product. The air flow returns to the fan from the return air pipe at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the waste gas pipe between the fan and the main engine and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
